In order to promote the health and safety of our residents and employees, we will be prioritizing emergency work orders. If you have experienced fever or flu-like symptoms or have had contact with someone experiencing fever or flu-like symptoms during the past 30 days, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request while prioritizing the safety of your family and our staff.

Similarly, we are asking our technicians not to report to work if they have had flu-like symptoms or fever. We trust that by taking precautionary measures, we will be able to responsibly address your maintenance requests. Our maintenance service team will contact you within 24-48 hours to assist in resolving your issue.
